What does your consultation process look like?

I like to have a conversation with all prospective clients before we do a training session. It allows me to better assess your needs, goals, and as well as daily habits that can impact your progress. Consultations last about 60 minutes.

What kind of services do you offer?

I provide four services you can choose from depending on your needs. I have personal training which is an individualized program specific to your needs. You can choose the Hybrid Training program you do at your own convenience with periodic checks ins. Trigger Point and Mobility training is for the client who is suffering from chronic pain and needs guidance on how to move better. Lastly, I offer Animal Flow or HIIT classes for small groups or corporate clients.   

Do I need any experience for personal training?

Not at all. I train people from all different backgrounds and experience levels. 

What is your cancelation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your session without rescheduling you will forfeit your payment. 

Are your training sessions in-person or virtual?

I do either in-person or virtual sessions. If we train in-person due to COVID-19, I will ask that we train outside and require you to wear a mask at this time. I clean my equipment before and after use. If we are training virtually, all you need is a computer, iPad, or phone to Zoom and a comfortable place to move around. 

Do I need any equipment before training with you?

If we are training in-person, I have all the equipment you will need. If you are doing virtual training, yes I do require my clients to purchase a few items before we start (if they don't already have them). The items are:

  1. Foam Roller (Foam Roller)

  2. MiniBands (Mini Bands)

How long are your sessions?

You can either schedule 60-minute sessions or 30-minute sessions.

How do I have access to virtual sessions?

After we discuss scheduling, I will send you a Google invite with a Zoom link attached. Within the invite, I will list all the equipment you will need for that day, so you can prep space accordingly. 

What payments do you accept?

Venmo, Zelle and Paypal are the easiest payment methods. I’ll send monthly requests via these apps unless we have discussed otherwise.
