Katie Hodgson

I was an athlete at the University of San Francisco on a D1 college scholarship to play soccer and graduated with a Kinesiology Degree. For the last two years, I have been perfecting my craft of sports-specific training, functional training, plyometrics, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and trigger point therapy. I believe that we are built from the ground up and a good grip on the fundamentals is key.

I work with my clients to create an individualized program for achieving their fitness goals in a systematic approach that fits their needs. I care about my clients and there is nothing more important than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. Helping people to achieve what they never thought was possible with their personal health journey is what keeps me coming to work every day.

Certifications: Kinesiology BA, NASM- CPT, Animal Flow Lvl 1
